All works displayed on this site are copyright of the credited artist. The material and content contained within or provided are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without permission. Your use of the site carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights in the site. It is your responsibility to obtain permission from copyright holders or their agents before a reproduction of works or any other content is made, or this will constitute an infringement of copyright.
DELIVERY
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will inform you via email if your chosen item is going to take longer than this.
AVAILABILITY
We cannot guarantee availability of all products. During busy periods we may sell out of certain work within the collection. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund you via Paypal, or where feasible, offer an alternative. For example, we may reprint an edition which has sold out, in which case we will inform you of the waiting time for the reprint.
PAYMENT
All transactions are processed via Paypal in Australian Dollars (AUD).
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be borne at the customer expense. Big Fag Press has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent via Austalia Post overseas services. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.
ARCHIVAL PRINTS
Unless specified all of our editioned archival prints are printed on our own machine, the Big Fag Press, an offset lithographic proofing press in Sydney. Every single print is pulled from the machine by hand and inspected for quality before being signed and numbered by the artist. Each artist collaborates with Big Fag Press in the design development, printing and production of the edition.
RETURNS
Prints may be returned, only if you notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods. Big Fag Press is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges. The dimensions of all prints are advertised on the site so please check that you are happy with size of any items prior to ordering.
DAMAGE
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing. Do not return the damaged product to Big Fag Press, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action.
LOSS
If you have not received your goods within 28 days of our “your goods have been shipped” email, please notify us via email.
